ORDERING


Why do you need a valid shipping address in PayPal?

Our sales department uses various means to validate an order. One of these processes requires a valid address associated to the customer. You can learn more about ways to confirm your address at Paypal.com


I received an email that my order had problems?

During our validation process, we occassionaly run across issues that prevent us from delivering your order. This can be something as simple as a misspelled character name to an unlisted landline phone number which we use to help verify you were actually you who made a payment to us with Paypal.. When this occurs, we ask that you return to Avatarforce and visit with our live support staff so we can resolve the issue and get your order delivered as soon as possible.


I never received any information about my order?

We send out order confirmation to the email you provide during the order process. If there is any reason the order is held we will also email you. Please ensure your mail client can accept mail from avatarforce.com. Sometimes junk filters can block our emails.


Why was my credit card declined?

Our credit card processing goes through an industry standard validation process. In an effort to help protect both the customer and ourselves, we impose several methods of confirmation for credit card charges. When entering your personal information on our secure authorization page, please make sure you provide the required fields just as they appear on your card. If you find yourself entering incorrect data multiple times, it is possible that your card will decline the charge for suspicious activity. Come back at a later time and try again.


Why do you change your prices so frequently?

As you might have noticed that our unit prices fluctuate daily as they are based on supply and demand. Sometimes the whole of the market is short of virtual currency or suppliers are withholding products. In situation like this, we naturally would raise the price with the rest of the market.


When will I get my refund?

Usually, refunds are handled within 6 hours. Sometimes though, it can take up to 12 hours for the process to complete. This is due to a combination of different systems, including your own financial institution, processing the refund request.


DELIVERY


When will my order be delivered?

Each game has it's own standard turn around depending on stock availability and market demand. Most orders are delivered within 60 minutes of approval by our sales department. Games like World of Warcraft tend to be in higher demand and the standard window for delivery is usually 48 hours. As you place your order each game will show an approximate delivery which we do our best to meet.


How do I get my order?

Delivery in most games is handled via the provided in-game delivery system, i.e. mailbox. For those games requiring face to face delivery, we just need you to log into the game at the delivery time and location you specified and we will message you in game, generally within 60 minutes. These games include Lineage 2, Guild Wars, and Final Fantasy XI. The rest, we just send to you, without you needing to be online at all. Games that utilize an in-game delivery system do not require you to enter a location when placing your order.

Is this legal?

Avatarforce provides a service to the online community. We know our customers do not have the time or desire to accumulate the wealth needed to compete in todays games. Therefore, we sell our 'time' to you. In other words, our stance is that we are not actually selling an item but the time it takes for us to acquire that item. There is nothing illegal about that and there are no laws restricting this practice!
